Why DTALE MODERN?

What kind of wood is used in your furniture?

We use mainly around 100-year-old European Ashwood and French Guiana Hardwood sourced from abroad, that’s kiln-dried and temperature treated to reduce moisture content. The wood is conditioned between 33 degrees to 8 degrees to reduce it’s water content, apt for tropical climate conditions.

What do you mean by direct selling?

Each piece of furniture is completely manufactured in our studios from design to finish. Also, we sell our furniture directly to our clients through our stores, both online and offline.

Can I visit the Dtale Carpentry studio?

Anytime. We are transparent when it comes to the way we work and collaborate with our clients and customers. You are always welcome to visit our store and carpentry studio. Write to us at info@dtalemodern.com, when you are planning a visit.

How are you different from other furniture manufacturers?

We do not call ourselves manufacturers, the reason being that DTALE Modern is a collection of the best artists from across the country working together to create timeless designs that is hallmarked as a brand. Here, we design everything with our mind and handcraft every piece with our heart! We do not have middlemen selling our products, but only direct selling to clients and customers, meeting their custom requests too.

Do you customize furniture?

We understand every person or family is unique, so will their homes. Each home needs it’s own customized furniture suiting the space and the people living there. You have the freedom to create your own masterpiece by handpicking the size, fabric, wood, and finish of your choice that fits your home and heart!

What is ergonomically designed furniture?

An ergonomic design is created keeping in mind the comfort, functionality, and movement of the body. This design gives importance to the natural ‘S’ posture of the spine without it going into a ‘C’ posture. Ergonomically designed furniture reduces the stress of joints, bones, and muscles.

With over 20 years of experience in furniture crafting and completing more than 1000 interior projects in India and abroad, our customer satisfaction is above 95 percent. We have sold more than 1 lakh products. Dtale Decor, the parent company of DTALE Modern has an all-around Research and Development team that exclusively improves product quality and expands studio
infrastructure to meet the requirements of our customers.
We give you the assurance that damage due to mishandling of furniture during transit will berepaired or replaced within one month of the purchase. For all your repairs, we shall attend to your grievances through our customer care team. We have a Service and Maintenance team that will attend to repairs and maintenance all over India. Is the sale price for items all-inclusive?

The sale price of products shown buy page in INDIA is all-inclusive. Price for other countries does not include shipping, insurance, customs, or taxes. Shipping cost depends on the destination of the object. Customs and taxes may vary depending on the destination country.
