Dtale Modern promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Inappropriate or abusive behaviour towards our team may lead to order cancellations, refusal of service, or other relevant consequences. 

 

I. REPLACEMENT POLICY

- For any manufacturing or transportation-related defects reported within 14 days of receipt, we offer a 40-day replacement. Ensure you share photographs/videography detailing the defects.

- Return Procedure: To request a return or replacement, contact our team at help@dtalemodern.com

 

II. REFUNDS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS

- Refunds: Applicable only within 24 hours of the order. 

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon return receipt. Actual credit time may vary based on your bank.

- Order Changes: Allowed upon sole discretion of Dtale Modern. Alterations may be charged, depending on labour and material considerations. Alterations might also extend delivery date.

- 'Clearance', 'Final Sale', and Display items cannot be altered or cancelled.

- Discounted Orders: Refunds on such orders will exclude the discount amount. Vouchers used are single-use, non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Products purchased on Sale are final. These items are not eligible for returns, replacements, or exchanges. Additional discounts cannot be applied to Sale items.

 

III. PAYMENT TERMS

- Prices are INR and inclusive of taxes.

- GST specifics can be acquired by reaching out to us.

 

IV. PRICING ADJUSTMENTS

Dtale Modern reserves the right to modify prices or rectify pricing errors.

 

V.ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE

- A confirmation email does not signify Dtale Modern's order acceptance.

- Dtale Modern can decline any order.

- Full payment is required for completed orders to initiate dispatch.

 

VI.DELIVERY

Once dispatched, Dtale Modern isn't accountable for delivery delays. Track your orders on our website.

 

VII. PRODUCT ACCURACY

- We strive for accuracy in product listings.

- Variations may exist for hand-made or natural products.

- Colours may slightly differ due to screen differences.

- Our team continually refines website content to ensure accuracy.

 

VIII. PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS

- Specific terms apply to vouchers.

- They are time-bound, single-use, and cannot be merged with other promotions.

- Voucher values neither bear interest nor possess cash equivalence.

- Vouchers are applied to the entire invoice.

 

IX. 7-DAY PRICE PROTECTION

If a product you purchased is discounted within 7 days, contact us within that time frame. We'll offer store credits equal to the price gap. This policy does not support cash refunds.
